Ronan de Renesse

Ronan is Screen Digest's senior analyst for the mobile sector and has overall responsibility for the online Mobile Media Intelligence service and all related activities. He has been analysing the telecommunications industry since 2003 and has been participating in the conception and development of Screen Digest's Mobile Media Intelligence service since 2006. Ronan has been involved in several consultancy projects for international organisations and companies, specialising in new business models and in-depth market analyses.

Ronan is the author of the major report Mobile TV: Business models and opportunities and wrote several reports on the impact of spectrum auctions on the media and telecommunications industry.

Prior to joining Screen Digest, Ronan was an academic researcher at the Centre for Telecommunications Research at King's College London. He had numerous articles published in major international technology journals and also gave various presentations in the most influential conferences in his field.

Ronan holds a Diplôme d'Ingénieur from the Institut Supérieur d'Electronique et du Numérique (ISEN), part of the Confédération des Grandes Écoles in France. Besides his work for Screen Digest, Ronan is finishing his PhD in telecommunications at King's College London.
