Dan Cryan is an Analyst specialising in Digital Music (online and mobile), Online Movies and the technical issues surrounding the distribution of digital content.
He authored the Screen Digest reports Online Music: Market Assessment and Forecasts and Broadband Digital Movies: European market assessment and forecasts, and has been instrumental in developing many of the models used in the online Broadband Intelligence service including online movies and online TV. Dan has also been involved in a number of consultancy assignments for clients including Microsoft and the European Commission, and has spoken at international conferences on subjects including IPTV and digital content.
Before joining Screen Digest in 2004, Dan worked in marketing. He has a bachelor's and master's degree in Philosophy from University College London and is the author of a book Introducing Logic (2002) which has been translated into several languages.
