Francois Godard

Born in Canada in 1963, Francois Godard studied at the Paris Institut d'etudes politiques and started his career in the advertising industry, notably at the London-based Carat Group. Since 1991 he has been working as an independent media consultant and trade journalist, from Paris, New York, Miami and now Naples. His recent clients include the European Broadcasting Union, France's Conseil superieur de l'audiovisuel and Telecom Italia. This report is Godard's second with Screen Digest, he was the main author of European Digital Pay TV Platforms published in March 2003.
