James is a Senior Analyst in the Broadband team who oversees the broadband access data models for 50 countries, monitors the impact of technical/regulatory developments and assesses provider strategies in broadband markets worldwide.
He played a critical role in extending the company's data models and broadband coverage to his areas of expertise - ISP economics, next-generation networks and consumer networking hardware.
James is author of a number of high profile industry reports, has been involved in various consultancy projects for blue chip clients and has appeared regularly on national television and in the press.
James joined Screen Digest in 2006 after graduating from Cambridge University with a first class degree in Modern Languages (Spanish and French).
