Terms and Conditions:
The organisers reserve the right to refuse to accept registration forms. Cancellations confirmed by email to peve@screendigest.com by 10 February 2010 will be refunded, minus an administration charge of £75.00 plus VAT. No refund can be made after that date for whatever reason, although substitutions will be accepted if notified by email to peve@screendigest.com before the event. Bookings made after 10 February 2010 are non-refundable. Payment must be received before the conference, please contact Screen Digest. We cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of conference information. For cancellations or substitutions, please email peve@screendigest.com

-VAT:
1. UK delegates will be invoiced for the registration fee plus VAT at the current UK rate
2. European Union delegates who provide a valid EU VAT number will be invoiced without VAT
3. All other delegates (not registered for VAT in the EU) will be invoiced for UK VAT at the current rate
