Data are further broken out for each playback format (VHS, DVD, Blu-ray Disc (BD), and HD DVD) with details on installed homes (set-tops, game consoles, and PCs), transactions and transactions per home, average rental rate, spending and spending per home, units shipped and supplier revenue and revenue per unit as well as year-end rental stores, inventory and revenue per store, and total industry inventory and transactions per inventory unit. Data by rental channel (traditional, kiosk, and subscription) are also provided for the DVD, BD, and HD DVD formats.
