Singapore's Infocomm Development Authority has teamed up with Technicolor Digital Cinema to set up a Network Operating Centre (NOC) and digital operations centre for the Asia Pacific region. Centre is due to provide electronic and physical delivery of content, key management organsiation, equipment monitoring capabilities and a full time call centre. For some time, Singapore has stated its ambition to be a regional hub for digital cinema processing, playout and operations. Project is due to start in mid 2008.
