US majors still dominate Blu-ray

From launch Blu-ray Disc (BD) volume sales have been dominated by content released by the major US studios (Disney, Fox, Paramount, Sony, Universal and Warner). The share of BD unit sales accounted for by independent studios still lags those same companies' share of unit sales on DVD.
