Key Findings- Most Internet service providers are keen to become "aggregators" of entertainment services, providing secure access and payment for services which they are happy to contract out to independent operators.
- In 2003 music has proved to be the pioneer genre, with the introduction of download services by many leading ISPs. Roll out is continuing in 2004 followed by that of games and video on demand.
- The UK, Germany and France will be the biggest markets with about €350 million each in consumer expenditure on broadband content in 2007.
