Key Findings- Most Internet service providers are keen to become "aggregators" of entertainment services, providing secure access and payment for services which they are happy to contract out to independent operators.

- The UK, Germany and France will be the biggest markets with about €350 million each in consumer expenditure on broadband content in 2007.
